Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
To start a return, contact us at sales@attractorball.com with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll email you to confirm. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Please note: You are responsible for return shipping costs, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Sale items cannot be returned. All other products are eligible for return if unused and in original condition.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives defective or damaged, contact us at sales@attractorball.com immediately with photos. We will replace or refund the item at no cost to you.
